About Sheri Spencer

Hi, I’m Sheri, a certified PEMF practitioner with a passion for helping horses, humans, and pets feel their best — because no one, two-legged or four, should have to live at the mercy of pain.

With certifications in equine massage therapy, red light therapy, and PEMF, along with additional training in myofascial release techniques, saddle fit, and equine nutrition, management, and health sciences, I bring a uniquely holistic approach to every session. Combined with my foundation in anatomy and physiology from a background as a certified personal trainer, I can offer exercises and fitness plans between sessions for both ends of the lead rope.

Like many of my clients, I came to PEMF out of necessity. A major back injury and a string of other accidents left me in chronic pain and forced me to change my goal of becoming a yoga teacher. After struggling for years, it was PEMF that finally gave me life-changing relief — and the drive to help others find the same.

Today, I specialize in supporting performance horses, aging companions, injured athletes, and anyone in need of non-invasive, drug-free pain management and recovery support. Whether your horse is in full work, rehabbing, or aging gracefully — or whether you are — I’m here to help you feel better, move better, and get back to doing what you love.
